Breeding Process

Planning

We don't breed animals just because we own them! Whether genetics we want to further in the hobby or a species we want to help establish in the captive trade, everything requires careful planning.

Breeding

Animals are carefully weighed, pairings are documented. We use an ultrasound machine to follow the process until eggs are laid. Clutches in the incubator are checked daily until hatched.

Shipping

Once our animals are hatched out, we us genetic testing to determine their sex. We then establish babies on frozen/thawed food, and then they can be held back or shipped to new homes!
